Q. What is your deposit, payment, and cancellation policy?

A. In most instances, the deposit is $300 per person if you choose to have your U.S.$ denominated price float with the value of the Euro or if you choose to pay us in Euros. If you prefer to have us lock-in the $/Euro exchange rate, the deposit is $300 per person plus 15% of your package price. If Category 5 rooms, luxury lodges, apartments, villas, or castles are involved (or if a wedding is involved) , call us toll free at 800-323-7600 to discuss the deposit.

If your customized trip will require a substantial amount of development time, before customizing we will collect a non-refundable development fee of $100 - $200 (depending on the complexity), but we will deduct it from the cost of your first trip with us. A deposit is not required until you have approved your customized trip summary, at which time the development fee will be deducted from the required deposit.

If apartments, villas, or castles are involved, your final payment is due by personal or company check 80 days before your departure date. Otherwise your final check is due 50 days before your departure.

If you cancel before making final payment, we refund 85% of your net deposit (deposit minus the developmnet fee) minus any cancellation penalties or forfeited depsoits with our vendors.

If you cancel after making final payment, we refund 85% of your total payments minus the development fee and minus any cancellation penalties or forfeited deposits with our vendors. The development fee is always non-refundable but will be applied to the first trip that you take with us.
