This villa is situated in the valley of Chiana, not far from the town of Citta della Pieve, in a privileged position offering staggering views of the lake Trasimeno and the Umbrian country side, well renowned for its beauty and peacefulness. A superb eighteen-century manor, it is an ideal starting point for exploring the historic treasures of Umbria & Tuscany , as it is within an hour drive from three historically and artistically important centers of the region: Siena, Perugia and Orvieto.

The manor is composed of three independent buildings and a large garden (on 3 hectares), surrounded by 70 hectares of forest and cultivated land. The main villa includes five suites, reception area, a TV lounge, a bright dining room extending on to the panoramic terrace and a quiet and shady patio. The suites vary in size, from one to three bedrooms and lounge, each of them, tastefully decorated, has a Jacuzzi spa bath and chimney. Some of the suites have annexed a panoramic terrace.

Separated from the main building, two other constructions in red bricks and hand-cut stone, are divided in 8 large apartments. These apartments vary in size, catering for from two to six people. All of them have a private patio, chimney and fully equipped kitchenette (including dishwasher). Some have a second bathroom and storage area.

In the garden, a wonderful swimming pool laid on a natural terrace offering beautiful view of the idyllic surrounding hills, the fields and reaching as far as the town of Perugia. The facilities also include large hot water spa, sauna and steam room.
